TV Catch Up – Body of Proof, Nikita, Chase, Breakout Kings, Bones, Hellcats, Desperate Housewives, The Killing and some cancellations
I am so way behind, it is time for a race through and catch up on some shows. Body of Proof continues to improve, Nikita ends its first season on a real high, Bones kills off a character, Hellcats future isn’t looking to promising and has been a little flat lately, The Killing isn’t quite doing anything much while a whole stack of shows have been axed and quite a few on my viewing list. Drat! Chase, Off the Map, V, No Ordinary Family, Mr Sunshine, Lie To Me, The Chicago Code, Human Target – all I can say is there better be lots of good new shows…

V finale, House, Glee
The second series of V ended with a multitude of deaths, some more satisfying than others! <spoilers!>
The Good Wife, V, No Ordinary Family, Hellcats

Elizabeth Mitchell flashed her undies on V while the Hellcats bonded with their rivals from that Christian college.

The trouble with V…
Just watched the latest episode of season 2 of V, episode 6 ‘Siege’, and once again I find myself wanting to love this show more than I actually do. I was not a huge fan of the original, only seeing a few episodes so it is not that my expectations were too high in that way. I think it is that all the ingredients are there and so nearly come together, but like some of my cooking, are often a disappointment. After years of great guest performances, Elizabeth Mitchell fully deserved the starring role as FBI agent Erica Evans, and I am amazed that lovely sweet Inara from Firefly (Morena … Continue reading
The Good Wife, House, V, Pretty Little Liars, Harry’s Law
With the return of new episodes to US TV after the Christmas break, I’ve been watching a whole bunch of shows in the last few days, so here’s a bit of a race through. The Good Wife, top of my pops, featured another Alicia-liteish episode this week, as the Lockhart Gardner intrigue continued. Will finally figured out that the new guy Derek Bond was manipulating him and Diane and I was rather ridiculously delighted to see them friends again. I love Will and Diana together. In the meantime, Diane had approached Cary about joining her new firm. His demand – twice Alicia’s salary! However, it’s not going to be happening … Continue reading
